SHIPPING POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION All orders placed via https://tashcolour.store/ are shipped from Finland . By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Refund and Return Policy.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
- Ready-made Artworks: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Commissioned / Custom Art: Processing times for personalized works are discussed individually and begin only after final approval of the specifications.
- Please note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday and do not include Finnish public holidays.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ESTIMATES We ship worldwide using reliable logistics partners such as Posti or DHL. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:
- Finland: 3–7 business days.
- European Union: 7–14 business days.
- International (USA, UK, etc.): 14–28 business days.
- These are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, international postal disruptions, or force majeure events.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For customers outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Canada):
- You are the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations.
- You are solely responsible for all customs duties, import VAT, and brokerage fees.
- Tashcolour Tmi has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
5. DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
- EU Consumers (B2C): In accordance with EU law, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you gain physical possession of the goods.
- Non-EU & B2B Customers: The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the Product to the carrier.
6. PACKAGING AND SHIPMENT SECURITY All artworks are packaged securely using high-quality protective materials to ensure safe transit.
- Multiple Shipments: For safety or logistical reasons, orders containing multiple artworks may be shipped in separate packages.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) as art deliveries generally require a physical signature upon receipt.
7. TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking status to ensure successful delivery.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
- You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
- Refused/Unclaimed Deliveries: Refusing a delivery or failing to collect a package from a pickup point (e.g., due to unpaid customs duties) does not constitute a valid return.
- The cost of return shipping and any administrative fees incurred by us will be deducted from any potential refund.
9. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately.
- Contact us at tashcolour1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials for inspection.
